• 150-400 units, 5-60 acres

Retail/Mixed-Use Property

• All acreages
• High traffic counts & visibility
• Downtown / infill areas preferred
• Interstate frontage also acceptable

Senior Housing Land

• 5-15 acres
• Close proximity to major dining, entertainment and shopping districts.
• Demographics (at a 5 mile radius):
• Population: 150,000-180,000 people
• Avg HH Income: $85,000+
