Refreshing Fruit & Veggie Infused Water Ideas For Great Summer Hydration

Whether it’s 90 degrees and full humidity or a more comfortable mid 70s temperature, proper hydration is always a great goal for better skin, heart health, blood pressure, and to bolster overall wellness.

Summer time is fabulous with a cool glass of refreshing, infused water in hand. Colorful drinks that replenish and have subtle, lovely flavors are fun to serve to guests. Even better, they are simple to create! Flavoring the water naturally is a great way to look forward to staying hydrated. Making a pitcher and keeping it in the fridge to grab any time of day is a summer delight.

Infused water is a fashionable drink idea. It’s when fruits, herbs and veggies soak in the water and are chilled before enjoying. You can float ingredients freely in a glass of water with ice - or use an infusion pitcher where the fruits/veggies and herbs are kept separate in an infusion rod that remains in the pitcher. The water is tastiest after two to four hours and can stay fresh for several days. You can even keep adding more water to the same ingredients to refill for a few days..
