• We are cleaning our clubhouses, model apartment homes, and demonstration suites routinely, including regularly sanitizing all high touchpoints surfaces.
• We are providing our visitors and guests with sanitation and safety supplies, including hand sanitizer and face coverings.
• We are conducting daily wellness checks with our associates to make sure that those who are sick or at risk stay home.
• We have temporarily limited public access to some common spaces to reduce person-to-person contact and ensure that social distancing guidelines are being followed.
• As a part of our extensive make ready process, we are also fully disinfecting and sanitizing all hard and soft surfaces in each apartment with CDC-approved cleaning products prior to move-in.
